Could it be that today is the big day and we will see the first photos of the Royal Baby ? Will his famous parents Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reveal his name?
These questions seem to be on everybody’s lips as the great announcement is getting closer and closer and Baby Sussex will become a part of our lives as well.
But why are we so happy and and eager to welcome a famous baby into our world?
We know that happiness is a highly personal and individual experience almost impossible to express in words but nevertheless we seem to experience the joy of others.
Experts say that it is the environment and the events surrounding us that dictate the way we feel . If we see or if we live in a place full of joy and happiness, then we’ll be positively affected.
In other words, feeling happy for others can make us happy. We feel happy if we see someone feeling good.
Here’s an example of how Harry’s beaming face when announcing the birth of his baby boy could bring a shine of light into our hearts as well.
Or how the thrill in Prince William and Kate’s voice simply improves our mood.
All of us have probably heard the saying ” you should smile a little more, it will make you feel better.” It couldn’t be more true as it a well known psychological fact that smiling, even a forced smile, makes us feel much better and puts us in a good mood.
I deeply value the practice of feeling happy for others and I am convinced by its true miraculous effects that the more you’re able to feel happy for them, the happier you’ll feel yourself.
Until more news from the Royal Family, we couldn’t be happier for them and for their little beam of joy.
So, little one, we can’t wait to see you! You’ll make our day for sure!
